The leadership of TFC is comprised of diversely gifted men and women. Spiritually mature men are called to serve as Elders, guiding and overseeing the direction of the church. While we believe the office of elder is reserved to men, we affirm the gifts and leadership abilities of women and believe the church is best served when women and men serve together.
