Partnering with ALARM in Africa
Through a long and fruitful relationship with African Leadership and Reconciliation Ministries (ALARM), God is blessing and transforming both Trinity Fellowship Church and the church in Africa, as we move together into the remarkable love of Jesus Christ.
Our most recent partnership sends teams of theologically-trained TFC members using ALARM curriculum to participate in a three-year Pastoral Leadership Training Institute and a Women’s Leadership Training Institute.
Over the past several years, we’ve developed deep relationships with our Rwandan sisters and brothers as we’ve mutually learned what God’s word teaches about Christ-centered servant leadership, community transformation, and peace-building. Every member of our church is a part through praying, sending, or going.

Below is a letter of gratitude to our church family from ALARM President Dr. Celestin Musekura, for our partnership in the recently completed Women’s Leadership Training Institute.
Thank you so much for joining us in the joyous occasion of the WLTI graduation! It was great to see the fruit of all that you, the ALARM staff, and Grace Church have poured into the hearts of your Rwandan sisters. I have heard some of these ladies’ testimonies, and I am amazed at what God has done. Over three years, He has taken their brokenness and produced something beautiful. It reminds me of the words of Jesus Christ: he whom the Son sets free is free indeed! You played a part in this, and we at ALARM say well done! You have truly blessed the nation and the Church of Rwanda. Thank you for bringing hope and transformation to my nation and my people.
Though I know it was hard to say goodbye to the WLTI ladies, they are entering a new and necessary phase of their lives and ministries where they will put into practice all they have learned, training others and extending the same comfort they received themselves. Please know that these women will impact their families, churches, and communities for generations to come. Remember them in your prayers.
It is such an honor to work alongside steady, faithful partners like Trinity Fellowship Church and your families. You are greatly cherished at ALARM. I look forward to many more years of fruitful ministry together.
Grace and peace to you,
Celestin Musekura, Ph.D.
