If I could snap my fingers and appoint the next President of the United States along with 5 other key leaders to lead our country from among anybody in our nation’s history, the next President and additional 5 leaders would be... can I buy a vowel?  Don’t have a clue!

When it comes to spring cleaning …  I wish I was rich and could hire a maid.  As it is, I’d love to have some extra free time to just get it done.

Right now I am reading … always trying to get to a stack of a books.  Right now reading " The Shack," "Twinkle," "A Mind At A Time" and a summer reading book with my son--"Tuck Everlasting"

My favorite book besides the Bible is…I love my Kay Arthur devotional book.

My favorite movie of all time is… Foul Play with Goldie Hawn & Chevy Chase.

If given the choice, the one thing I would certainly do before summer would be …exercise more, eat less, and get that white popcorn stuff off our ceilings in our house so I can dust up there better.

When I think of the “greatest,” the first thing that comes to my mind is…because….my family—because they make me smile and laugh…and cry.

One thing in life that is working for me is… my garden.  I love my garden.

One thing in life that is not working for me is… organizing my time.  I can’t quite figure out why I’m not Superwoman and do all things for all people all the time.

What is the most memorable quote you have heard or read recently? From my son, when asked why he was in the house playing Legos while we were out working hard in the yard, said “is there a problem—come in and play!”

If given the choice, the one thing I would never taste again would be … liver or okra.

If I were in the unfortunate situation, my last meal would be…Italian.

If I were given all the needed talents and abilities, I would be the lead singer of …I’m sorry, but I hate to sing.  But I’d sit at the feet of Seal, James Taylor, Peter Gabriel, or Al Jarreau  anytime and listen.

The most recent/or most frequently played music on my ipod was…what’s an ipod?  No, seriously, my son stole my ipod, so the three CDs in my car I listen to most are SEAL, Cameo, and the musical “Wicked”

The one box set that I would take with me on a desert island to watch would be ... I can’t tell you.

My favorite color is…because…green, because it’s happy & calm.

One of the hardest things you’ve gone through that I don’t mind sharing…realizing God has created everyone perfectly, although not always up to my expectations and demands.

One thing people might never know about me if I didn’t tell…although I claim to be a native Dallasite, I was actually born in Oklahoma.  My dad was stationed to OK for 6 months, and I was born in the midst of that 6 months.  They tried to rush me back across the TX border in time to be born, but missed it, so it’s said.
