Connection Sunday Part Two
Last Sunday during worship Pastor Keith shared why we need to connect in a circle. Following the service we enjoyed a great brunch prepared by our “Chicken Ladies,” met connection group leaders to see where we might “join in a circle” this fall, and visually shared our commitment by placing a 1″ dot with our name and our connection group on a 6′ Circle. We do ask that every growing disciple Connect in a Circle. Face to face, person to person, offering to one another the life and love of Christ in ways we were designed in the image of God to share.
You’ll have a second opportunity to visit Fellowship Hall between worship and Connection Hour this Sunday to sign up for a Connection Group, the TFC Prayer Chain, check your listing in the TFC Directory, and place your 1″ dot on our large circle. We’ll also kick off fall programs at 11:15 am during Connection Hour, including our two new Adult Ministry series and all children’s and youth Connection Groups.
After Connection Hour, all are invited to our Youth Mission Celebration/Potluck to hear testimonies on how God worked through our youth this summer in St. Louis and Kaufman. BBQ will be provided. We ask you to please bring a side dish or dessert, and RSVP. [http://www.trinityfellowship.org/events/youth-mission-celebrationpotluck-august-28/]
